Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activity:
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form below, which is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.
We will retain a processing fee of €3.90 for handling the withdrawal. If acceptance is refused without a discernible reason for us, or if the goods cannot be delivered, the following fees apply: Shipments from DE/AT €9.90, shipments from all other countries €14.90.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
3. Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
General Information: Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories if possible. Please do not send the goods freight collect to us. Please note that the aforementioned information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
